1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by RM Event Solutions Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 17065383, with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

2. Our Services

RM Event Solutions Ltd provides event logistics, guest management, and digital ticketing services for large-scale events across the United Kingdom. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Large-scale event coordination and logistics planning
• Guest list management and RSVP tracking
• Digital ticketing solutions with QR code technology
• On-site event support and management

3. Bookings & Agreements

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by RM Event Solutions Ltd. A binding agreement is formed once we issue a written confirmation of your booking, whether by email or other written correspondence.

Any specific requirements, timelines, or deliverables will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you prior to the commencement of services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice provided to you. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking
• The remaining balance is due prior to the event date as specified in the agreement
• All prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate

5. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of our services
• Communicate any changes to event details, guest lists, or requirements in a timely manner
• Ensure that all necessary permissions, licences, and venue arrangements are in place for your event
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the event

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, less the deposit
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are generally non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), in which case we will work with you to find an alternative arrangement

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RM Event Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with our services.

Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our website, branding, materials, and service methodologies remain the property of RM Event Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our materials without our prior written consent.

Any materials, content, or data provided by you for the purposes of delivering our services remain your property. You grant us a limited licence to use such materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under the service agreement.

9. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious material.
